If they do what they usually do, they'll only use 3 starters in the 5-game ALDS. Miley's slot in the rotation only becomes an issue if we advance (or, lord jesus, one of the 3 aces gets hurt) We could use a lefty long reliever. Let’s just hope he left the sucking in the regular season. he has basically thrown batting practice in his last 4-5 starts. I don't trust him in any situation, but, they will blow a roster spot on him. Urquidy is a better option as the 4th starter.

The thing that worries me is that when the team is cold, they’re cold. The ‘17 team seemed to always pick each other up when someone was down. This team just goes cold with no back up. Granted, they only stay cold for a brief stint, but that’s all it will take in a 5/7 Game series.

When they’re cold, they’re frigid. Good thing the former has been more common.

Every potential opponent concerns me. Up until '17 to be an Astros fan was to know gut-wrenching defeat in the most implausible ways. I'm hoping that the title exorcised those demons. All those teams are hungry, much like the hunger the Astros had in 2017. The only way to beat that is to play better baseball when it counts. I believe the Astros will.
I also think Miley will not only be on the postseason roster, but he'll also make important contributions when called upon. Bring on the haters!

No hate Justin, but in my 55 years of watching MLB I don't remember a pitcher being worse over a 5 game period like MIley. His collapse has been epic. A QS from Miley in the post season? I'd stay away from that bet.
