Just curious to know what people think. Perhaps JV and Greinke losing (And Miley imploding) makes the Astros organization think twice about losing Cole in FA.
Perhaps a Cole win Thursday (regardless of what happens the rest of the post season) secures that.

I chose A. Cole’s salary will make it harder to have a team as promising in the near future. Astros have to re-sign Cole, because without him, then this Astros 2019 will be the best they could have in the coming years....best shot a WS....without Cole, then Astros are fighting the A's for AL West/fighting for a WC spot. |
