Buxton is like a faster Marisnick. He’s one of the best defensive outfielders I’ve seen in years, but I can’t say I’ve been too impressed offensively. He’s lightning on the bases, though. If they want to buy low on him, I’m 100% behind it. Talk about a superstar with the right coaching. When I look at the numbers put up by some of the guys we trade, I have to wonder if the hitting coaches we have earn tbeir salaries. JD Davis put up 22 home runs for the Mets in 2019. I am going to see what Jake does up there. He has power and has never hit for us. If he greatly improves in NY, it should tell us our hitting coaches aren't very good. It's all about the name. Players with first and middle initials JD never develop until they leave Houston. It's an immutable law of the universe. Marisnick doesn't follow the pattern. JS ... |

Thanks.... Something as the supposed ubiquitous nature of the cheating Fiers alledges is maybe shot to shit in one single blow. Three or four more of these countering statements should have him STFU permanently. And hopefully maybe some suspension time too, if it is found he fabricated this claim. |

Would the Astros be interested in a low risk, medium+ ceiling in Tajuan Walker? Former top prospect that has basically missed last two seasons because of health issues. Good Velocity, but below average spin rate.

Angels are the Kings of crappy LT contracts. Especially if Trout's injury history escalates further. Like I said a few weeks ago. If that number is valid, the Halos will have a billion dollars invested in 3 players. |
