Yes it would have been....but he will bolster the pen next year....fill the gap to be left by Harris, who is going to get paid...Pressly should be back to form next year.....I am guessing JJ because either 5th starter or long inning reliever.... Whitley maybe another 1/2 season to full season away. Where does that leave Urquidy? 4th starter or 5th starter, or long inning relief. |

If there is any game that's perfect for an AL team to have a bullpen day, it's in an NL park. We will be able to use our pinch hitters all game long (perhaps giving Urquidy 1 AB at most)

Why Marisnick? Why not Tucker? jake has no business being in the lineup even though Corbin is a lefty.......He won't him. I would have gone with Tucker or even Diaz in left and put Brantley in right Diaz....as you have said before, they should have opted Straw over Devo to replace Abreu roster spot. |

Bregman's lack of production has really hurt us throughout the post season and he should be dropped down in the order but I'm sure AJ doesn't want to hurt his feelings..

The complaining is getting pretty old. I hope we win, but it's our Astros vs the Nationals and not Astros vs "fanboys" that think they know the future.
Go Astros. Now the rest of you can eat dirt. Players are always one plate appearance from coming out of a slump or going into one. The odds say we have many players about to come out of a slump.
