I’ll take a hiatus from the game until further notice. I vacillate between that and abandoning baseball completely.

Wish the responder who said we deserve it would give us a shout. I actually put a check on that first (lasted maybe one or two seconds) I was pissed off if the alleged accusations are true. That the Astros went to such an extreme, and so careless that the likes of Fiers could rat on them, plus have documented emails from management orchestrating the whole thing...but then I thought, I am sure others in MLB are cheating at this level, it's just the Astros got caught/exposed... So I changed my vote, to be the first hiatus voter...I could see myself being butthurt about the whole thing, mad at the team and MLB...but eventually I would be somewhere and the game would be on, and I would casually look at the TV....and then keep looking over at the game, becoming more invested...and BAM, I am back to watching the games... |

I don’t think we have to be concerned with our WS title being taken away or with an asterisk being added. If MLB didn’t take away any championships or add any asterisks due to WS winning teams having rosters loaded with PED users, they won’t take this action against a team for stealing signs.

Add Deshields and Laureano to Fiers on the list of butthurt, envious, players who were discarded by the Astros and now hope to see the team brought down. I knew Deshields and Fiers were a couple of classless whiners. Apparently Laureano is too. |

The Yankees will be at MMP for a 3-game series May 15-17, 2020. It would be great if the team would give away a free whistle to each ticket holder on May 15 and a free flashing light on May 16. Any ideas for a giveaway on May 17?

Funny you mention that. When I was a kid I had a coach who... in an effort to help us break the habit of trying to pull every pitch...., told us to use the pitcher as our target and try to drive every pitch hard right at the pitcher. Sounds like a good plan for “Welcome Back Mike” night. |
