Same lineup but Taylor is DHing today. hard for Tucker to get in rhythm and produce if he has good at bats and then sits the next day for a guy who wouldn't be here if Diaz didn't go on the IL. Tucker should have stayed in the lineup. |

That was quick. We are already the only AL team with no losses. Tucker is a high draft pick who fits into the future plans, Who the hell is the other guy?? Taylor will not be here when rosters are set so why waste at bats on him? When Yordan is ready, he will be the DH. If Tucker doesn't get at bats against lefties, we don't know if he will hit them. Hinch thought for a long time that Reddick didn't hit lefties and it turned out he hits them better than righties. |

I’m with Corch on his Tucker assessment. Time for them to crap or get off the commode with this kid. Guys like him and Whitley were deemed too high a price for Yelich. Look at where they are now.

The only concern I had with Dusty was his history of mishandling pitchers. I guess we can live with some oid school baseball. I hope he will use the steal, bunt, and hit and run more often than Hinch. My concern today is that I think Tucker needs to be given every opportunity to see if he can play every day. While Yordan is out, he needs to get those AB's. I think he eventually takes the RF job from Reddick. |
