Yikes. Probably the worst game I've seen Altuve have all-around.

Team comes back to earn a win...........the dumbass in the dugout gives it away f'in moron. The regular season is scripted too much. Stupid AJ. Gattis is useless. He and Fisher and Jake are strikeout artists. It’s hard to repeat in MLB. Can’t take away what they did in 2017 though.

Harris has been great for us and had a bad game. I'm not worried about him.

You know, I did not mind too much all the losing to get to where we got. I did not mind losing the last two games because we just were not hitting. This game though, this game pisses me off. Stupid move by our manager, crappy pitching by a guy who had no business even being in the game, the umpire giving a good hitter 4 strikes, Fisher lollygagging over to get a ball allowing the guy who got 4 strikes to get to third, Bregman not cutting down the lead runner to keep the game tied, and then the ump stretching out the zone off the plate when he only gave us 3/4 of the plate when Chapman does not need help.
Alright I am done, it is over. Let's go kick some Diamondback bootie.

A six-out save for Devenski wasn't in the cards today. The fact is since we play tomorrow, we need Devenski for 1-inn duty again tomorrow. The 8th-inn sitch was more high-leverage than the 9th given the NYY lineup, so it was a no-brainer Devo pitches the 8th So I get why Hinch did what he did. He screwed up cause Peacock might've nailed this one down where Harris couldn't

You go to get the win today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here. He should have kept Devenski in the game.

And I guess I should add, I'm not really worried. I don't worry about a 1st place team. In a long season there will be low points.

You go to get the win today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here. He should have kept Devenski in the game. This is true....because tomorrow, the game could be in a situation where you don't need Devenski...Either the Astros are blowing the Dbacks out, or viceversa...or Cole pitches a complete game....Go with the given, the Current Game.... I can't believe I am siding with Corch over Bear...Must be a Blue Moon Night...

I can't believe I am siding with Corch over Bear...Must be a Blue Moon Night... We still need another reliever who can get a save in situations like today's, or tomorrow if Devenski was selected for 6-out duty this afternoon. Maybe it's time to move McHugh to 1-inning duty. Someone with ice-water in his veins whose sphincter doesn't pucker just cause it's the 9th inning
