I think he claimed to be a lumberjack.

All this talk of Noodle makes me miss Possy Member Waastro. He's the best...deal with it. Was he the lumberjack? Not only was he the lumberjack, he was the world's deadliest fish catcher, wildcatter , and connoisseur of fine wines

My main complaint of the Ed Wade era was he focused on the bullpen way too much while providing the team with mediocre starters like Runelvys and Chacon. He got lucky with Brett Myers but didn’t trade him at the deadline when his value was highest. I see no reason to open up the whole Ed Wade debate again, but I remember thinking he was probably a mediocre GM being hamstringed by a weird owner. And people seemed ready to jump all over him before even giving him a chance. That whole debate got crazy. That was mainly because he was hired because he knew Tal Smith. The interview process post-Purpura didn’t seem legit. That and Wade was vilified in Philadelphia, and it didn’t seem like a good move to bring him here to turn things around.

That’s a list that makes Luhnow even more impressive.
