So far, Dusty is in the lead for winning most of the awards. He was the unanimous winner last night for giving the game to the Rangers.

Unanimous winner of the DUMBASS OF THE GAME AWARD once again goes to Dusty Baker for pitching to Garcia with first base open and the winning r un on third base. He just keeps proving that he is the absolute WORST manager in the game and we are stuck with the SOB.  |

Sorry, green mongoloid.......your comment on the game thread telling me "You're so dumb" is laughable. You are the dumbass blaming this loss on the pitchers when they allowed THREE runs and SIX hits in 10 innings. That should be good enough to win any game especially with the .300 hitters we have at the top of the lineup. We had numerous opportunities to score runs, especially in the 10th when Correa and Bregman both shit the bed. All it took was a sac fly or ground ball. Carla hits a foul popup for the first out, Bregman K's on a weak ass swing, Brantley lines to CF. No pitcher ever picked up a damn bat. Then, Dusty's dumb ass chose to pitch to Garcia, the hottest hitter in the league, with the winning run on third and first base open. And, you blame this on the pitchers. Go look in a mirror and you will see the dumbest ass of all when it comes to baseball knowledge. No matter what happens, you blame the pitcher. LOL LOL You get the award for dumbest post of the game when you blamed the loss on the pitching. |

Crane deserves the DUMBASS OF THE YEAR award for hiring Dusty and then extending him barely a month into last season. Baker is a joke and embarrassment.....if the players told the truth, they would love to see him fired before he keeps them out of the post-season.
It will be difficult to find a guy who will wear the colorful wristbands and masks that Dusty wears. I would love shove those wristbands and his toothpicks up his ass. I never liked the idea of hiring this loser and he keeps proving me right.

The unanimous winner of tonight's DUMBASS OF THE GAME AWARD is Yuli Gurriel for getting thrown out trying to steal prior to Correa's home run and for having his head in his ass and failing to score on the perfect bunt laid down by Straw. Straw finally shows he can bunt and should have had an RBI, but, dumbass Yuli didn't score.
I was going to make it a co-DUMBASS OF THE GAME AWARD to Dusty until I learned that Abreu was brought in because Pressly had a stiff neck.

I've never seen a bullpen comprised of so many inexperienced pitchers... We have to see daily from Corch why did Dusty put in Paredes, he had Stanek...why Stanek, he had Scrubb; why Abreu, he had Raley.... Even though the Astros just move Javier, who is more long inning relief, to the bullpen, it's a really cross your finger moment in the 6th, 7th and 8th, if the Astros have the lead. And basically forget it, if they don't have the lead, and the starter is already pulled early. Almost all the bullpen pitchers are just young and throw wild. Without looking at it now, if you take out newly reassigned Javier and closer Pressley, the Astros' bullpen would have to have near the worst WHIP and most walks in the league. Watching Dusty this year, he is overmatched against other managers in making right decisions. Add on top of that his bullpen, outside maybe two pitchers, are overmatched themselves. Unless things change, I think the Astros can't be competitive if they make the playoffs....And at status quo, they would be lucky to make the playoffs... Strom, who I've drank the Kool-Aid for, has his work cut out for him. |
