Joe Kelly is starting for LA tonight. I haven't paid a lot of attention, why aren't the Dodgers able to have normal starts by Scherzer, Urias, and Buehler and use their bullpen like normal? They have three good healthy starters... I feel like they're over thinking what got them there. I just hope Roberts' use of his pitchers gets him an early trip home |

About the discussion from earlier, depth is key. But a lot of people talk about depth as being "guys you can call up." But depth really means being able to replace production. Meyers and McCormick are actual depth because they actually provide value approaching the guy they replaced. Robel Garcia isn't depth; he's cannon fodder.

He ended up settling for just a one year contract a few weeks before Spring Training. Thought we could and should have beaten that. |
