But contrary to my last post.....Astros clutch playoff hitters are Altuve and Correa I would go Tucker Brantley Altuve Correa Yuli Alvarez Bregman Maldonado/Castro Meyers Pretty good. It won't happen because we know Dusty will never budge from Altuve, Brantley, Bregman as the first three.

I hope Brantley can remember how to hit lefty pitchers this postseason.
Carlos Rodon being out won’t hurt our chances any.

LOL Cole and the Yankees. Imagine if they get eliminated by Eovaldi and the Sox with J.D. Martinez hurt.

Things have started out like I wanted them......Cole shit the bed and the Yankees are gone. I wonder what they will whine about this winter. LOL
Now, if the Cardinals can knock the Dodgers out, I'll be happy.
For some reason, once the umpires started checking pitchers for illegal substances, Cole suddenly became an average pitcher. LMAO

It's hilarious that you bash one of the top pitching coaches in the game who is well respected by pitchers he works with, has coached in the past, and many who are now retired. I am still waiting for you to say who we should hire to replace him.....He's by far the best pitching coach this franchise has ever had. I wish Centron and Snitker were half as good at their jobs as Strom is at his.

Astros' Postseason Rotation
Dusty has already announced the starters for the first two games. No big surprises there. Here's my guess for the starting four, in order:
Lance McTwitchy Framber Cha-Cha Garcia Jose Urquidy
Jake-O Zuck Grienke

I’d only start García if we’re up 2-0. He’s look gassed recently. For the sake of discussion, IF the series is tied 1-1, who do you start in game 3? Urquidy? Or do you use one of the other two mentioned?

Or do you use one of the other two mentioned? In this series our hitters are better than theirs as a group. Also their pitchers are better as a group. So a very good job of managing the 7 or so front line pitchers that we do have will be critical to our winning the series. That and of course Altuve and Bregman wearing their big boy uniforms at least most of the time.

Strom didn't give up two home runs in less than three innings to get knocked out of the game. I guess the damn Yankee pitching coach screwed him up.
