I would expect our best hitter to be in the 3 hole! I would, too, which is why Breggie needs to be down around 7 or 8. I hope he proves me wrong, but, his current 4-42 streak says odds are against it. Yuli or Tucker should be in the 3 hole. Tucker should be 3rd....Correa could be 4th, since he is playoff proven....Yuli, 5th...Alvarez 6th....Breggie 7th..... |

It's interesting that more of the players and (Baker) seem to be voicing their opinion on CC coming back when nobody did for Springer, that I can remember.

Crane was extremely non-committal if you read his actual comments. I remember him making similar comments in the past. I do think they'll make a better offer than they did before the season started, but it just seems so unlikely they'll do some crazy 10 year thing or whatever.
The score graphic on FS1 is big and kind of stupid looking.

I do think they'll make a better offer than they did before the season started, but it just seems so unlikely they'll do some crazy 10 year thing or whatever. The score graphic on FS1 is big and kind of stupid looking. I think he improves his offer quite a bit because CC managed to play a full year and put up good numbers while doing it. Our problem is someone will give him stupid money and he will take it. |
