He doesn’t post here anymore? Do you know his nickname here? Why did he leave? 😀 I asked my coworker and he said he posted under the name jastro. Ring a bell? Ahh, he made 20 posts prior to 2019.

We had a shutout until that worthless Strom gave up that run in the 8th. Centron and Snitker have both done such good jobs that the majority of guys who leave here, go to a team with a decent hitting coach, suddenly become run producers. Take a good look........ Teoscar Hernandez, Colin Moran, Tony Kemp, Abraham Toro, etc. Hell, Jack Mayfield and Max Stassi even improved after they got away from Centron and Snitker. LOLAll worthless, because they didn't help their team win the World Series. They are all sitting at home, playing their Nintendo Switch. and, you keep hammering one of the top pitching coaches in the game and making excuses for two pitiful hitting coaches. The fact that the guys mentioned above are "sitting at home" has nothing to do with their drastically improved hitting since getting away from Centron and Snitker. And, as usual, you want to blame Strom for any and all pitching mistakes. He didn't sign or trade for any of them. I wish all of the pitching gurus on this board who keep hammering Strom would come up with a replacement who would do a better job. No, that won't happen because there is nobody. LOL

LOL This is a tired argument. No one said Strom should be fired. He just needs to get some blame when his pitchers can’t seem to throw strikes. It’s obvious that you make excuses for him and the pitchers while criticizing every other aspect of the team. Has Graveman improved as an Astro?

Graveman has not improved, but, can you produce evidence that shows it's Strom's fault? Who helped turn McCullers into the ace of the staff? Who developed Valdez, Urquidy, and Luis Garcia? I'm sure Strom has made some mistakes and failed to pick up on something at times that could help a pitcher improve. I never said he is blameless, but, I don't get on here and whine whenever a pitcher has a bad game and blame it on Strom.

It's not the coaches fault when the team struggles, but it's an elite player's fault when his team sucks, therefore he can't win an MVP. Got it.

Just what the Astros need some stupid ass fan acting like he is bad ass at a baseball game. They are already trying to rebuild their image and get fools like this at games.

You just can't help yourself, can you? You have to keep stirring up crap like an arrogant prick. Good job. Nobody gives a shit if you want to hand the MVP to a DH-P whose stats didn't mean shit for his team.......they sucked with him just like they sucked without him. He had a great year....INDIVIDUALLY. You said it yourself......his team sucks, so therefore his stats were not valuable. In fact, they didn't mean shit. You can have your phony MVP......I'd rather have a player whose numbers were actually valuable.
