Regarding Garcia's knee injury, it seems he has been having some problems for awhile but never bothered to mention it. I wondered why Urquidy wasn't the game 2 starter since Garcia had looked awful in Chicago. The knee could have been a problem in that game. In an interview about Garcia's knee, Dusty had this to say: “We're not there yet,” Baker said. “It came to our knowledge that this has kind of been bothering him a little bit on and off, but he hadn't said anything about it. It wasn't bothering him enough not to pitch. We'll make that determination in a couple of days.” Which in Dusty-speak means I don't give a f_k, what the trainers and doctors say.....just get on the mound you little f_cka and pitch How do you go immediately from "he didn't tell anyone his knee was sore" to "Dusty doesn't give a f*** what the trainers and doctors say"? Where did you read what the trainers and doctors said? I don't have a problem with not liking Dusty, but lets not make it ridiculous and start making shit up that only exists in your head, Marsh...uh, Catfish. |

I think that is probably why he started in game two, but, if he is injured or worn out, he wasn' t going to look good anywhere. |

Really the only thing surprising about Garcia’s issues is that Dusty is surprised Dusty said Garcia will not be put on IL which shows the damn fool will use him again if given the chance. Dusty needs to be told the kid is going on the IL whether he likes it or not. You don't allow a kid's career to be jeopardized because the manager if a effing idiot. |

Absolutely I am I tried to get into it. I think I watched more of Showtime's reboot from a few years ago than the original series
