It happens nearly every time a reliever comes to Houston. It wouldn't be me, but there are guys who really get into looking at how the degree of horizontal and vertical movement has changed year to year, same with spin rate, release point, etc. I'm sure something must turn up there. The main thing I noticed was that his slider and sinker have been giving him the most problems. It really doesn't matter who the pitcher is when it comes to hanging a breaking pitch. His problem is more evident because he throws on the same plane.

Maybe I'm just hyped about Kemp and paying attention to him more, but it seems to me that his last two ABs were potentially critical turning points in the game.
In his AB before last, he was thrown ball 4 but the ump called it a strike (and proceeded to call another questionable strike on a check swing). The right call would have brought up Springer with the bases loaded and one out.
In his most recent AB, Kemp hit a stinger down the 1B line and while it gave the first baseman some problems, he recovered in time. If that ball gets through, the Astros score their third run and Springer comes to the plate as the tying run.

Should be 2 Ks for McHugh. Yes, and that walk will unfairly increase his FIP, so we'll have to take those things into account in our internal Refugees stat book.

Taking 2 of 3 from Cleveland would not be a bad result of this series.

Bregman hit it far enough to where they could not catch it. Now only down 2.

I'm not sure how that is any different from cases where the ball bounced off the OF's head and into the stands for a HR.
