I know but Crane wants to keep Verlander. I’m sure Crane wants to keep Correa too. If Correa would agree to a two-year, $66 million deal, I’m sure Crane would do that in a heartbeat. |

That would be plausible if Correa weren’t 27. However, if reports are true about the 10-year deal, Click should help him pack. If Carlos wants to talk about how Jeter didn’t deserve his Gold Gloves, he should also talk about how he doesn’t hit as well as A-Rod to deserve a ten-year deal. |
