Didn't they create a new woke version of it recently? That would be nauseating to say the least. I’m starting to get into old Barney Miller reruns cause it reminds me of that show before it was an idea www.imdb.com/title/tt13798316/

Rest in Peace, friend. This is the kind of news I hate spreading. Olpapa went to be with the Lord. I know that his daughter has found our message board and will probably read this. So if anyone wants to say anything the floor is open.... I'm seriously late to the wake. Don't really have much to say other than I'm glad to have chatted with him a few times while he was still on Earth. As a rule, I don't make public anything said in Personal Messages, but I'll make an exception in this case. I'm sure our dearly departed friend would approve, especially if it give any of you a laugh. He titled the conversation: 'Michigan Folk'. The only person from Michigan I have ever met was a guy I was in the army with in Germany in 1971-1972. I arrived at our unit shortly before he did. The rooms in our barrack were approximately 30’ X 30’. There were 6 guys assigned to each room. So each 30’ X 30’ room had 6 bunks, 6 wall lockers and a desk for sitting and writing letters to home. We were pretty cramped for space. I can’t remember the name of the guy from Michigan who arrived not long after I did. What I can remember about him I will never forget. The guy snored the loudest of anyone I have ever heard snore in my entire life. Incredibly loud! You literally had to wear earplugs to sleep in the same room with the guy. Even with earplugs you could still hear the guy snoring. Finally...., a couple months after the guy arrived in Germany..., he went downtown to a club one night, got drunk, got in a fight, and got the living crap beat out of him. His face got pummeled badly. When he returned to the barracks, after recovering from his beating, amazingly he didn’t snore anymore. Apparently the beating he took rearranged his breathing passages and stopped the snoring. The rest of us guys in our room agreed that if we had known it would stop his snoring, we would have ganged up on him and beat the hell out of him when he first arrived! I'm laughing so hard I almost pissed myself.
