He deserves credit for some things I think he's an average manager on a very good team. I give him credit for handling the bullpen well in the postseason last year. He's a little more of a manager than that. Our plate approach sucked the first two frames, so it's not outside the realm of possibility he had something to say about it |

I think he's an okay manager. I think he's been glorified by the media a lot. I think we would have been just as successful or more so with virtually anybody else, but we'll never know. I do give him props for apparently being right about Contreras though. The way he has handled Chas and now Diaz frustrates me a ton though. |

Some of it is bad luck, but some of it looks foolish now. At the time, I felt like they were mostly good moves (or non-moves). But this situation with Brantley is very frustrating. |
