Indians must be fairly desperate for MLB-ready relievers to trade a young pitcher for a middle-aged reliever. They lost Shaw to the Rockies, and they’re about to lose Miller and Allen to free agency this offseason. That’s a lot. Miller is a guy I would like to see us get. |

On MLB there was a question on Washington if they would trade Harper. What would it take to get Harper and would it be worth it? Would Harper agree to come here if he has one of those NO Trade Clauses?

I predict HRs from Springer and Gattis. You do this a lot Predicting. Seems to backfire more often than not. It's like Bad luck and Good Luck. Let's just hope last night game has given him some semblance of Confidence and he can go back to be the Springer we know. Sometimes you're right and sometimes you're wrong. |

God no. Ugh. What an asshat. I remember reading once Harper said baseball was boring to him. Not an Astros type guy. The guy is an amazing hitting talent when he's on, but I can't believe he is good for a clubhouse and he's currently not hitting that amazing. A better walking Gattis...minus the likeability. |

I know that a lot of people here aren't a fan of WAR, but, for what it's worth, Harper is only worth .1 WAR.
For comparison, Gattis worth 1.1, Trout over 6, and Altuve at 4.3.

What i meant to say was we traded a marginal reliever in Fields for a prospect that turned into Alvarez. Maybe we get lightning to strike twice with this guy we traded Hoyt for.
