Decent pitching matchup...I give the nod to Cole, but I was hoping the Astros would have signed Minor, if he was going to stay in the pen.

Cole hasn't pitched great in Spring Training from what I can remember. I think the offense needs another output like yesterday.

I am predicting a 5 to 3 Astros win. Cole goes 6 inning and gives up 6 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk and 7 strikeouts. Astros have a big day at the plate from Bregman and Gattis.

They might want to throw Kapler into the mix, after the bone head move of trying to bring in a relief pitcher with no one warming up. Boone did the same thing in ST, both these guys need a training course in how to manage in MLB. (I think you did a thread on it). |

He's had a few pitches squared up and pretty soon they will start to leave the park. Cole doing a great job of keeping the Stros in the game in spite of no run support so far. |
