That's no good seeing Altuve out, esp after getting that long-awaited XBH.
Then again I'm glad to see Davis getting into a game. He's someone who could probably become an .800 OPS hitter at this level if given regular playing time. He already hit .763 last year but he needs to play every day to stay sharp.

Altuve's wRC+ over the last 30 days was only 98. Of course we never like to see the MVP sit, but I could easily see Davis (or whoever replaces Altuve for a week) hitting better than 98 wRC+. Assuming this is a minor thing, it might not be so bad as a way to rest Altuve mid-season and also give some playing time to a deserving Grizzlie.
