I think he has served his probationary period and fulfilled all requirements.. Unless he pulls an 0-fer Friday If he's 0-fer Friday, he's gone and Tucker is recalled.

Maybe the Astros finally found a hitter who can win the silly Home Run Derby. White is, after all, on a better HR pace than Bregman this year.

I just watched the condensed game on MLB.com, seeing Cano play his first game at third base. I had to marvel seeing him use his submarine throw to first base for a put out. That guy even makes it look easy from third.

Minnesota beat Oakland 6-4 today. A’s 2 games back in the loss column. This will be the point to see if the A's can hang in the race.

Hard to believe the A’s have been able to maintain the pace they have been on when you look at that starting rotation. Talk about some guys who are due for some “regression back to their norm.” Fiers with the 1.47 ERA since he joined them. Jackson at 2.97 ERA...almost 2 runs below his career average. Cahill at 3.44 after averaging more than 5.00 ERA over the last 3 seasons.Anderson at 3.47 ERA after posting a 6.34 in 2017 and a 11.91 in 2016. Manaea is the only one whose numbers look legit and probably sustainable, but he is about to go past his career high in innings pitched in a season and has shown some decline in his numbers already over the last several starts. If they end up in a WC game against the Yankees, it could get really ugly fast.
