Heaney has been tough on Astros hitters. Overall this year though, he has given up a lot of runs in the first and second innings. Need to jump on him early.

AA pitchers aren’t being any kinder to McCann than they were to Correa. He is in his third rehab game at Corpus and is 1-7 so far. AA hitters are knocking Devo around. He pitched 1 inning tonight and gave up a 2 run homer. Pitched 1 inning in his first game at Corpus and gave up 1 run.

I imagine they are covering up details of Springer's injury, too. Hinch started to use him to pinch hit Tuesday, said he could have played Wednesday, but was giving him Wed and yesterday off so he would be ready tonight..Still no Springer in the lineup..........Hinch either lies about these injuries or has no clue.

He didn't have it last year at this time or later on toward the end.......he starts fast and then fades. I don't trust him as a playoff pitcher.
