Time for a Springer solo like old times.

So, the team admits that Springer’s thumb issue may be an issue the rest of the season and affect his hitting so they decide to keep him at leadoff? I don’t follow the logic.

Cole only allowed one hit since the HR Chapman’s homer was like Correa’s in Game 5. It would’ve been an out in 29 other parks.

Interesting that they sent McHugh out there.

It wasn't until the umpire said no that he had to change the lineup.

Interesting that they sent McHugh out there. Wouldn't be my first choice. It's nice to have a variety of relievers that I feel good about to close out an inning though.
Smith, McHugh, Rondon, Pressly, Sipp, Osuna. Any one of these can shut down an inning when we need to keep a 1 run lead.
Devo is iffy and needs to get healthy.

I’m surprised AJ didn’t borrow one of those fat lady transporters from Walmart and put Springer on it so he could bat first in the order when the quad acted up.

Interesting, they discussed on the radio how defensive alignments catered to the MMP dimensions have led to the Astros’ struggles at home.

Good to see Tyler work a walk. During his Baby Slump, he's had a couple good chances to reach base via the BB but chose to swing at crap pitches instead.

Great opportunity to send Gurriel up to hit for Gattks and Hinch didn't do it ....We keep not cashing in on chances to add to the lead.
