First of all, you don't know what you are talking about. Osuna can't be a wife beater since he has never been married. Since we had to have a losing pitcher, it should get charged to Morton for walking a guy and hitting another with two outs and then throwing that BP pitch to Olsen that he hammered for a three-run homer. Then, our offense was horrible..Bregman can't win games by himself. Springers bonehead baserunning in the 8th, followed by the third terrible at bat by Altuve and the expected K of the pathetic Correa cost us the game. This one is on Morton and the offense, specifically Altuve. Blaming this on Osuna is absurd. If you only score 3 runs you lose most of the time. If you hold a team to 3 you win most of the time. Given that I think that we did not score enough runs. Finally, somebody who knows why we lost the game.

Fact: The Astros made too many dumb mistakes to win a game........Morton's pitch to Olsen, Altuve's at bats, Springer's dumb baserunning, and Correa doing what he normally does.........nothing.

At least Altuve swung.... What is Correa looking for there? Yikes. We all complain about this. I’m glad you finally get it.

Mr. Morton needs to step it up, especially with McCullers now out of the rotation. Enough with the snowballing innings.

Stands there like a damn fool with the lead run on second base. He and Altuve killed this offense tonightl plus Marwin had bad at bats. Why can't Correa figure out that what he is doing isn't working.......Just evidence that he is either too stubborn to change or just too dumb. In some ways, Correa's intellect reminds me of another Carlos..........Gomez.

Mom really aggravated ya, eh? I have seen the error of my ways. Mustn’t be critical. BTW....how do you get away with it? I'm impervious to criticism. I've been a cop, a corrections supervisor, and a nurse. No one can penetrate my shield.

No one can penetrate my shield. So...if I’m tracking you correctly..., you don’t catch any flack for being critical because those who might be tempted to be critical of you being critical aren’t critical of your criticism because they know it would be futile to criticize your being critical?

In the course of an AB and a game and a season, there will be plenty of times hitters don't do what we want them to do.

Giles could have (did) closed out wins fine. We needed a reliever for random tough situations. Osuna isn't that guy either. I know people don't like the idea of "closers" and such, but it's apparent with most teams that bullpens do better with more set type roles.

If Morton had done his job in their three-run inning..........two outs, 0-2 count to Lowrie, walks Lowrie, hits Davis, throws hanger to Olsen, Olsen deposits it off the upper deck, 3-0 A's all ofter two outs and 0-2 count. So, don't blame this on Osuna. He didn't pitch great but Morton had blown the game by the 5th inning. Then, Altuve's horrible at bats with runners on base, followed by useless Carlos also added to it. Bregman can't win games by himself, but, then he shows plate discipline instead of strolling up to the plate and hacking away at the first pitch he sees to kill innings or hand it off the Correa to stand their with his head up his ass and strike out. My guess is that the wimp is the first guy out of the clubhouse every night after a home game. And, since you continue to either lie about Osuna or you are too dense to know the difference between "wife" and "girlfriend", I'll say it again.........Osuna CANNOT be a wife-beater since he has never been married. He has also not been convicted of beating anybody.

I don't remember Saint telling us exactly which "Andrew Miller type" was available at the time.

Blaming some that screwed up and not others is about the dumbest thing I can think of.
