I sure wish some detail was given to the nature of the surgery to determine long term prognosis. I know they said he would be ready for spring training. but............. After the Correa injury statements debacle, I don't know how much I believe the team when comes to medical status.

Got to admit knee injuries can span from a scope and back into action in a few days, to career ending. Hyberbole aside, don't we as fans at least deserve the courtesy of knowing the severity of our player's injuries? Or does this play into the hush hush espionage thing?

I still think there is a "thinking" also that knowing the details of your weaknesses "injuries" gives your opponents an advantage in planning.
