Wagner is deserving. Too bad he left the team on such bad terms. Ok Tx. Here is a guy for HOF consideration that a lot of the folks on the board probably never saw play. Bill Doran. He played 9 years for the Astros and posted a 30.5 WAR over those 9 years. For comparison, Joe Morgan played 10 years for the Astros and posted a 30.7 WAR over those 10 years. We are talking about the ASTROS HOF now so I would think that a player’s accomplishments as an Astro should be what determines whether or not he makes the Astros’ HOF. Morgan is in. So do you think Doran is Astros HOF worthy? Doran was so great at 2nd, and strong offensive producer. Def. HOF worthy. |
