I think they did the right thing in getting rid of both of them. These guys who think they are so important that they get to call the shots all need to go. ESPN is reporting that they Texans are now saying they will NOT trade Watson. I hope they mean it and show him he can honor his contract or sit. Well, it took them 20 years to find a franchise QB so I get that they don’t want to trade him, but they need to give him a team with which he can win instead of using Draytonisms to calm the fan unrest. McNair needs to get a guy who knows what he is doing to put a team together around Watson. The idiots he has are too stupid to do the job. |

Dan Snyder could give McNair a run for his money.......McNair was an idiot to hire OBrien, a bigger idiot to retain him and make him GM, and a damn fool to allow him to trade Hopkins. Then, McNair asks for Watson's input into who is hired as head coach and then ignores what Watson tells him. Now, he is shocked that Watson wants to be traded. Too bad there isn't a way to force McNair to sell the team. McNair gets my vote as the biggest dumbass owner in pro sports. |
