His passiveness has become maddening. Pretty much every pitcher at this point knows that he really isn’t swinging on the 1st pitch. After that it is really just a pound the outside.

He is dumb as dirt and has earned being called DUMBASS. As much as you complain, Altuve isn't hurting us, particularly in the second half of the season. You may think he could do even better, but his numbers (900 OPS+ for the year/1.000 OPS+ for the second half) are elite, even with your frustration about his being a dum bass. I personally just think you like cussing at people you couldn't dream being as good as or ever were on your best days.
You're not alone, but you are more vocal about it.
