I liked them showing that little infield huddle a minute ago. They're not panicking.

Why is miley still in, shouldn't we give James and Smith a look? Why the hell is Miley on the team? ?? He sucks

Miley couldn't get ME out, and I'm old, fat, and blind.

Miley’s breaking stuff was about as magical as Osuna’s in the 9th inning last game.

For whatever reason, this offense has stalled. It seemed so great in Game 1.

At some point I think you have to give credit to the Rays pitchers. Their staff was just as elite as ours this season if one looks at the stats

Exactly. And tomorrow will be rough. I don't believe we did well against bullpen days during the season.

The offense failed by not taking advantage of Morton when he was struggling early. Only Altuve did it.

If Springer can eek out a hit, I'd almost consider this a success...

We also saw evidence of why we should have re-signed Charlie Morton.

Here we go. Lose one game and it's time to blame Luhnow despite him putting together one of the best rosters of all time.

We also saw evidence of why we should have re-signed Charlie Morton. Morton is better with a loaded bullpen. I think the one he has now is promising, which helps his “five and dive” performances.

Here we go. Lose one game and it's time to blame Luhnow despite him putting together one of the best rosters of all time. Learn to read, dipshit........I did NOT blame Luhnow for this loss. I said.......as I have before......it was a mistake not to sign Morton. What he has done with the Rays proves that. You always read things into something that was not said.

Again, Luhnow will be shown to be the genius in the Morton scenario when CFM breaks down over the next two years like his history has shown he's apt to do. The Rays got lucky this year...I wouldn't bet my lunch money that he'll repeat his performance next year and in 2021. And for $30mm more to go.

I said he was wrong not to re-sign Morton and I stand by that,. You should try pulling your head out of your ass once in awhile.

No. I remember when McMullen decided Nolan Ryan was too old and let him walk......we know how that turned out. All we DO know is that Morton had an outstanding season for the Rays while we struggled to fill out a rotation after letting him go. You may be right and he may tank next season but we don't know that.

If I had that ability, I'd be a gazillionaire by selling the info to teams and agents.

Yes, I said he made the wrong choice and I think he did.....I DID NOT say he is to blame for today's loss which is what you said. Here is exactly what you said, junior. You can't lie your way out of it. "Lose one game and it's time to blame Luhnow despite him putting together one of the best rosters of all time. " You said I blamed this loss on Luhnow and that is a damn lie, junior boy.

Miley completely blew all of his free agent value over the course of a few weeks. He was going to get a 2 or 3 year deal from somebody. Now he'll be lucky to get a similar deal to what we gave him. The good news is this may open the door to re-signing Cole
Verlander Cole Greinke McCullers Whitley
