Did you see the article where the Dodgers and White are claiming that White became a blimp due to some medical issue which the Astros never addressed? They posted a picture of him showing him when he was a fat Astro and now he's all slim and svelte. I can't remember if it was discussed here. That lard ass had a medical issue created by his inability to know when to stop eating.. Maybe the Dodgers made him go on a diet and conditioning program to keep from having to release him. |

unless Tyler was addicted to something they don't have in LA .. like tex-mex he looked like he was addicted to doughnuts and pizza. I was over-weight for awhile but lost it to improve my health. Major league baseball players aren't expected to be over-weight to the point they can't do their jobs. |

So its being said that the Astros will add atleast 2 SPs this offseason.
I wonder who the ideal SPs will be?

It just seems like they know for a fact Gerrit Cole will not come back to the Astros. And my hope on that is where ever he goes. He goes back to his old self Pirates style.
Any ways Zach Wheeler seems like a nice add if the price is ok.

Any ways I still think Correa could be moved along with Reddick. If you dont wanna move Yuli you mine aswell move Correa. BREGMAN can play SS. Yuli to 3rd you would just need to look at if Yordan can handle 1B?
Then what can you actually get for Correa?
I see so.e of you think Mets would be a good Spot. What about the Pirates? Or the Braves maybe the Reds, Cubs or even the Marlins. I would entertain the Red Sox if we could net A Player of interest.
And yes he might have to move to 3B for some of those teams but guess what? Not our Problem.

Not Hamels. He already said a few years ago that he didn't want to play for Houston. Now that we're cheaters, there's even more reason for him to not want to play here.

What about trying to Shogo Akiyama?
Has Good DEF bats Good. Plays CF.
Might be a decent add for a 4th OF who can play all three OF spots and give us Protection next year.

Yeah. Rick Porcello has been on the wrong side of average since he won the CYA. And just plain dreadful in 2019. I reckon he'd work cheap for a year to get a chance to re-establish his value. Might be too big of a project even for Strom, though. |
