I wonder why people like McCann (who supposedly didn't support the cheating) haven't spoken out in support of Altuve (and Reddick) if they truly didn't cheat.

The Yankees have a million championships and are still whining about one team. I am sure they never cheated in any way to win any of those titles.  You know the old saying, "Everything is legal as long as you don't get caught." Well they got caught and now they have to own it. |

We own it. I just wish Manfred had the balls to thoroughly investigate teams like the Yankees and Dodgers....He won't investigate major market teams because he is in their pockets. He made an example of the little Astros for beating the big boys and that was the purpose of the whole thing. We had the nerve to embarrass the Yankees and keep them out of the WS which lowered TV ratings. That was our main offense. |

I am sure they never cheated in any way to win any of those titles. You know the old saying, "Everything is legal as long as you don't get caught." Well they got caught and now they have to own it. They owned it. They just won’t give in to the mob and return the trophy. |

Rush Limbaugh delivered the same message to the Yankees this morning. “Get over it.” It's really disingenuous of the press to forget the 1951 Giants admitted to stealing signs with a camera when they beat the Dodgers for the pennant that season No pundits are suggesting their championship be taken away, or casting aspersions against the character of the ballplayers on that team for what they did

The sad thing is that the sign-stealing would not be such a big deal if the Astros had not knocked the crybaby and choking Yankees out of the playoffs THREE times in a row. and then beat the crybaby left-coast Dodgers. The Dodgers and Yankees both choked. The Astros WON the WS. I seldom agree with Mad Dog Russo, but, he is spot on this time.
