Checking in From LI Suffolk - The county I live in has over 21,000 case and right at 1000 deaths and only 765 recovered and about half are suppose to be on Ventilators and if you are on one for more than a week the Fat Lady is Singing. We know families with people sick.
Wife has been working from Home as the Payroll manager and having to deal with tables for the Company to figure out Layoffs. 80% of the Workforce is Union. and the company is considered essential. As they maintain Major Bld. all over the country Alarm and Fire Safety systems.
We are having 50-70 mph winds and rain today. Dogs are going nuts with the howling in the trees.

World-wide 2.25 million cases, 154k deaths (6.8%). U.S. 712k cases, 32,800 deaths (4.6%). Texas 14,600 cases, 318 deaths (2.2%). I expect Texas's numbers to rise as the virus burns through prisons and nursing homes.

The same people that told us not to wear masks last week because the doctors, nurses and first responders needed them. They always love the fines which are getting outrageous. That $1000 represents half my monthly income. It probably wouldn't phase him.

The only reason I have a couple is from doing some sanding jobs, the states want you to wear one, they should supply them. |

The wild groups around here are a mix of Ferrel Pigs and Wild Hogs so I don't know what to call them.
According to what I could find on the internet, they are going with a Sounder for these groups, lumping Pigs and Hogs together as Swine.

I don't believe we have 1/3 of the known cases in the world. Figures are fudged both ways. Deaths include possible cases of the deceased and cases my not pick up more than 1-2% of actual cases if we believe the antibody testing. |

Worldwide totals are way more fudged than those in the US. I don't believe we have 1/3 of the known cases in the world. I don't know if I'd call them fudged as much as 'under-reported'. Not necessarily an intentional thing in some countries. Although I reckon China is lying their asses off. JMO. China has roughly 17% of the total world population but only 2.2% of the reported covid-19 cases? Hmmmm. |

Healthcare facilities admit to reporting deaths from COVID 19 that were not caused by the virus in order to get more funding. The Chinese are responsible for the creation of this viurs and China "fudges"when it comes to reporting the number of deaths there. The media feeds us lies and helps democrats work to prevent economic recovery for political reasons.
