That's not the point. The point is that you're calling out Bregman and Altuve for supposedly profiting from the scandal, but your boy did just as much. And his REAL boy has been mentioned as the cheater who profited the most by cheating. And your REAL little boy has been covered up for by teammates who don't want to reveal that he won an MVP and batting titles he didn't earn on his own. Bregman nearly stole an MVP........one that I thought he deserved at the time........by cheating. Compare the stats of all three and see if Altuve and Bregman are more innocent than anyone else. If those two got long-term, top dollar deals, Springer deserves one, too.

That's just because he thinks he can hold out and make even more money when he becomes a FA. He has a WS MVP from that year to use as part of a bargaining chip now. You're just playing favorites. Yep, I'm playing favorites. I admit that Springer is my favorite Astros player and has taken a back seat to Altuve and Bregman even though he has shown to be more valuable to the lineup. I don't blame him for wanting to be paid what he is worth which is at least as much or more than Altuve and Bregman. I read on the web, can't find the link now, that Altuve is a huge Trump supporter, actually has been spotted wearing a MAGA hat, and Springer has a ginormous Blden/Harris flag flying in his yard. JS.

I don't buy that, but, nice try. If you tell me Bregman has the Biden-Harris flag and is collecting BLM shirts, I'd believe it. I would tend to think if either Jose or George supported Trump, it would be George. Only idiots support Biden and Harris.

Detroit considering Hinch as their manager for next year. He will have more than one team after him. Crane needs to go to him with hat in hand and offer him whatever it takes to come back. He can re-assign Dusty bat boy.

Yeah, but Crane made a huge deal about rectifying things by firing Hinch and Luhnow. He’d look like an ass for re-hiring him. Hinch would also look like an ass for going back to players who threw him under the bus. It’s a lose-lose situation.

Are we positive that players through Hinch under the bus? That could be the case, but, I don't remember it being brought out. Hinch's big mistake was not forcing Cora to stop the crap instead of just griping about it and letting it continue. It is Hinch's fault he got fired. I wonder why Crane thought he had to fire either of them when they were suspended. Crane may look like an ass for doing it, but, he should make the attempt. Hinch may tell him where to shove it,but, that is a chance you take. Hinch will get a managing job.....we at least need to make the effort. I think the players would welcome him back. It would not be right to fire Click because he hasn't had a chance to prove he can do the job. Dusty won't change and that is not a good thing.

Hinch literally broke multiple TV screens that were being used for the sign-stealing and the players just replaced them. Not one of them came out after and said that Hinch tried to deter them. Did you pay attention to any of the findings from the investigation? A. Altuve, Reddick, and Kemp were the only three players that didn't want to be involved per the other guys on the team. (Coincidentally, three of the players you've been hardest on, but appear to be the most ethical.) B. There has already been statistics put out on when the trash can banging was utilized that backs that up. C. Your boy Jake was one of the hitters that used the scheme the most. D. Nobody told them to stop doing it after the commish said any funny business had to stop. E. Hinch didn't stop, but at least broke some TVs. That should have made it clear to the players but they didn't give a shit, and Hinch didn't have the cajones to flat out tell them to stop. The players said "well nobody told us to stop". What did they think Hinch was doing? It was a cheap out by the players to cover themselves. F. Luhnow claimed to not know it was going on at all, but he was at least partially involved in a database that was put together to track pitching-tipping and other things called "Codebreaker". It wasn't technically against the rules, but it was certainly shady. G. The idea of buzzers being used at any point was completely shut down.

Also, Luhnow was more complicit in the scheme, but unlike Hinch he didn’t have the balls to face the heat of the spotlight the way that Hinch did. I was never the biggest fan of Hinch, but I respected the way he put himself out there to AGAIN take the brunt of the backlash for the team that was all too comfortable in hanging him out to dry. That showed more class than Luhnow and the rest of them during the embarrassment.

I like Hinch and I hope he gets another manager position (I think he will), but he got what he deserved, unfortunately. Luhnow was probably more complicit than he is letting on, but there is no proof to say so. At the least, he helped lead and develop a culture that was okay with the idea.

For the record, I wish Hinch well, there will always be a special place for mine and the fans’ hearts for his tenure here. He made the Astros fun to watch again, which took a decade and finally didn’t involve pitchers from Katy or Deer Park to make it happen.

I don't believe for one minute that Altuve or the other two are innocent. Altuve's drastic drop in production says he was guilty. Everyone wants to defend little Jose and pretend he didn't steal the MVP and batting titles. I am not convinced of his innocence. I am not convinced Jose wasn't wearing a buzzer when he hit that homer off Chapman. I hope he wasn't ,but, that crap about his wife wanting him to keep his shirt on is a joke and makes him look guilty. I didn't pay attention to all the accusations because I knew Manfred was going to make an example of us to appease the Yankees and Dodgers.

If Jose isn't guilty, it's because he was too dumb to comprehend what he was being told. If one benefitted, they all did. Individual players were not convicted.......the organization was convicted. I don't care if you post accounts or anything else.......You would slant it to make yourself look right. Compare Altuve's numbers from 2017 to 2019 to what he is doing now and tell me it doesn't look like he cheated right along with everyone else.

However, in this specific instance I addressed Saint specifically. You of course are free to read and respond. You’re also free to not read what I write if it offends you. I know you won’t understand, so I’ll refrain from discussing this any further with you. However, I will read your typical response where you tell me that you don’t give a damn what I think, and tell me that you’ll read and respond to whoever the hell you want, while simultaneously insulting me. God bless you
