I dubbed Lance “McFidget,” shortly after he was called up, but that label never stuck. I like the handle McFragile better anyway. |

I bet Bregman would want a little more than that as likely his last final big payday. I could see a 6-year $150 million deal if he stays healthy. If he finishes up with a couple years closer to his 2019 form, it could be more. |

He'll want 7 years minimum, and probably 8, for at least $30 per year. So 7 years, $210 million would be the minimum I would expect. Altuve should be easier. He clearly doesn't want to leave, and he'll be 34, so it shouldn't take more than 4 years, $120 million. He'd probably get $35 per on the open market but I don't see him demanding that from us. |
