I rather the Mariners win, because I don't see them as a threat...Their rotation is playing better than it is....The Yankees are for real, and I want the Astros to have home field playoff advantage through out the playoffs. |

Seattle loses 4-3. Three and a half game lead. Now, Seattle goes to Boston while we host KC. We have a great chance to extend that lead. I hope Seattle takes the series 2-1 and we sweep ours...yankees have the rays coming up, so lets hope they lose one game in that series..then they play the Phillies, followed by the Red Sox. |

If there was one thing the Astros rarely deal with, its injuries. You just never know when that bug will bite, but you need a good size of a lead for insurance. |

Hamels is more name than game now. He never seemed like a true ace. He was always a great complementary guy, a #2 at best. For all of Darvish’s issues, he had more ace stuff. |

Astros will face Happ in a few more days... mound opponent hasn't been announced but I'd guess Morton or Cole.
Advantage is still Astros but Happ is one of the tougher pitchers in this stretch... Jays' version of Snell.
