Don't want the Yankees to win the AL homefield playoff advantage. Worry about that when they AREN’T playing the Mariners.

I know the HRs cancel out the poor baserunning, but my goodness, make up your mind which base you're gonna stop at, Tony. The Astros can skate by with these gaffes in the regular season but in a playoff game that sort of thing can cost the team a game. Maybe Cintron is just a spectator over there. If Gattis had continued to struggle, I'd have suggested he pull double duty by both DH'ing and tag-teaming with Cintron as 1B coach. As long as he didn't need to be in the on-deck circle or the batter's box, Gattis could be 1B coach to keep his head in the game. That's how it was done in the old days, before teams started hiring 1B and 3B coaches.

Yesterday was is first day back from the DL in April. And he helped stop our streak with his glove. One of the better defensive OF'ers. Maddon brought him up when he was twenty three for defense when he was there.

Reddick does well when he swings at pitches in the zone.

I think he is going to develop into a good all around player, the games I saw him play good glove, hits in the middle two hundreds, only going to improve. Batting in the .250's---.260's

Mike Stanton walkoff homer. Yankees 7, Mariners 5. In that band box, the Yankees are too tough at home.

Giles just wants to bring Gomez to the plate so he can show him up.

Yankee's are on a Mission this year. Those bats have been hot since Day 1. Been a few games but overall they are beating hell outa most pitchers.

Typical Giles. Closer can’t finish a guy ahead 0-2.
