Uegeth Urbina never pitched again after his legal troubles .. what I'm reminded of at the moment Didn’t Ugueth murder someone in Venezuela? As bad as domestic abuse is, murder does outrank it in terms of evil.

I trust Luhnow but with the way, the Yankee's keep loading up. They were already one of the top 3/4 teams in the League. While the Astros haven't done much other than now the two relievers. Plus Boston already the top team is making changes to improve themselves. The way the offense on the Astros has been floundering lately was looking to see a couple changes in that area. Actually, the couple players have been terrible all year except for a spurt here and maybe there. The offense needs a real shot in the Arm considering even their top guys have been subpar compared to their norm.

Happ is not a dominant starter and I would take most of our starting pitchers over him in a heartbeat.
Plus we may not even face them in the playoffs as they have to get through Boston before us most likely. And if they do get past Boston then we'd have Home Field Advantage against them.

Glad to see Giles gone. Getting Osuna? Are you kidding me? An alleged abuser! Sometimes winning isn’t the most important thing. What would OMB do?

I really with we had two guys in our farm system named ARMSTRONG and LEGGINS. So when they are involved in a trade people could say it cost us an ARM and a LEG I went to school with a boy named Rob Legg, but he was a choir nerd.

I understand people wouldnt want to do this but..... Skepticism within industry that #Nationals will trade Harper. Idea MIGHT make sense if Nats could get a SP in return, acquire Realmuto from #Marlins and play Soto in LF, Eaton in RF and Michael Taylor in CF. But per source, Realmuto talks with MIA not currently active.
Would you trade Brad Peacock, Cionel Perez, Freudis Nova and Josh James for Bryce Harper and Daniel Murphy?

I'm against it but the word is. Nationals want there club house to be cleared of this Cancer

You could of trotted out a team of t ballers out there and it would not of been worse than what we did the last three games. Pathetic. Just how bad has our offense been over the past 7 days you ask? Well consider this.., looking at the stats for the last 7 days,...in 1 game..3 at bats...Tyler White had more hits (3) than: Reddick (1) had in 18 at bats Stassi (1) had in 12 at bats Davis (2) had in 13 at bats Marwin (1) had in 12 at bats Gurriel (2) had in 20 at bats Reddick (1) had in 18 at bats Tucker (1) had in 6 at bats ....and Tyler White scored more runs (2) than: Reddick (1) did in 5 games Stassi (1) did in 4 games Tucker (1) did in 3 games Davis (0) did in 4 games Gonzalez (0) did in 5 games Gurriel (0) did in 5 games ...and Tyler White drove in as many runs (1) or more than: Gattis (1) in 4 games Gonzalez (1) in 5 games Gurriel (1) in 5 games Reddick (0) in 5 games Davis (0) in 4 games Stassi (0) in 4 games This is nothing new for White. White has the highest SLG on the team over the two-season period encompassing 2017 and 2018: White .542 Correa .523 Altuve .514 Bregman .498

Harper would be a splash move. Why would you spend the farm to get a guy (rental) who’s not even having a great season (by Bryce standards)?

Cueto is going to have TJ it looks like.
Let's say SFG wants Peacock as a SP. Would they give Watson to the AStros in return, and is that an upgrade?
The Astros would get 1.5 years of Watson and the Giants would get 2.5 years of Peacock.
The only Giants hitter who I'd like to see on the Astros is Brandon Belt, but I don't think they'd move him.

The Astros still don't have a new lefty for the bullpen. If they don't acquire one now, it looks like it will be Sipp in the postseason. If he goes down, then it's an open battle between Cionel Perez, Buddy Boshers, Reymin Guduan, and a couple others.

Kind of interesting that in addition to Giles, Luhnow also unloaded Paulino (PEDs user) on Toronto. Kinda seems this was a move to get rid of the undesirables.

The site went down, but it said the Rockies and Astros made a trade.....Charlie Blackmon for Seth Beer.
Sounds like a marketing stunt for Colorado.
