I’ve never seen you so critical of a Luhnow move. Are you feeling okay, sport? I think getting Maldonado was a waste of time unless they feel McCann won't be back. So, you had rather we depend on Federowicz instead of getting Maldonado? Personally, I wanted Realmuto, but, never expected Luhnow to offer what it would have taken to get him. |

I am still concerned about Springer. He has really regressed from earlier in the year and doesn't show any sign of coming out of it. An occasional HR or double isn't showing a sign of coming out of it. He needs to have several games in a row with production and not striking out with men on base. Something is not right with Springer WS MVP hangover thinking that is good enough. You’re not the only one worried. Usually, when he breaks out of a slump, he does it in a big way. Like you said, he clubs a homer or double but seems to continue the slump. |

Maldanado 7th, Marisnick 8th and then Verlander 9th. Verlander better pitch a shutout.
