I hope you are right..But, we do have a history of being horrible after an off day at home. It is time for them to stop feeling sorry for themselves over injured teammates, step up, and, do their jobs. |

I knew Maldonado was a weak hitter,but, not this bad.....he is terrible. Great defensive catcher but an automatic out

Looking at the lineup....Gattis slumping, Tucker hasn’t hit MLB pitching so far, Maldanado not much above the Mendoza line. There’s your 7, 8, and 9 hitters.😳 |

That should do it. Our pitchers go to the mound at home knowing they have to either pitch a shutout or allow ONE run or lose the game, |

Reading about the Astros injury update, Hinch is not sure Altuve will return on the upcoming road trip. Says Marisnick is likely out until September.
I’ll be surprised if Houston is in first when they start their next home stand. If Altuve is out for the season I won’t be surprised if they come up on the outside of the playoffs. Right knee soreness huh?
