I said before how long before they quit coming to see a losing team.

Did Luhnow and Hinch really think they had a winning team before the July 31 deadline? The offense was in major trouble before the deadline even got close and they didn't address any of the issues. I really think they got caught flat-footed this year. They were looking really bad in early July and did nothing to correct it.
blame it all you want on Hurt Players but those Hurt Players were bad before they got hurt. Especially Springer and Correa.

I’m certain that Luhnow wanted to make moves to improve this current team. He just didn’t want to pay the price, and the team is paying for it.

Looks like Kemp has the same period as the rest of the team coming on. Not a whimper out of the #1 spot in a very long time. Including Springer up there.

That is that fear of the Next JD being shipped off.  Got to get over it and move on.  That ship sailed.  None of the players they have now has shown what JD did before he was shipped off.

You guys keep saying Tucker and Whitley well I would add White and ship all the rest off.  They aren't going to be the next JD or even close to Superstar.

There seems to be some kind of predictability with our pitching. Some people crush the pitchers like they’re expecting something. They crush Verlander and Cole around the 6th inning. The pitchers in general give up runs right after getting run support. It’s a common pattern.

9 games losing streak here we are. I tried to find the longest in Astros history but all I know about is 2011 and an 8 games losing streak.

Fans should be getting refunds on their tickets because they expect major league baseball......not the A league.

You would think Hinch would at least try something new,but,  he won't......he will put the same lineup out there tomorrow and get the same result......another loss

The team in general has regressed, some more than others. The only ones who’ve improved have been Kemp, Bregman, and Gattis (for a month).

I called it more than two months ago and everyone ignored it.  The signs were there, none of the second tiers were producing anywhere near what the did last year.
 Then you have the supposed big three, Altuve wasn't producing up to his norm as well as Springer and Correa were anywhere near what they did last year.

More likely they don't have a Real Leader, is Altuve a clubhouse leader and Wiseman?  They didn't replace someone who showed them how to win even though he no longer had it.

Not lay down and even give a fight. No one in the Club House or team has Stepped up and that is all on themselves. Who has the Fight to say enough is enough?  That they are even showing.
I just don't see anyone say I refuse to lose and WHO fault is that.  The players or Managment not getting that Player.  I have complained all year they shouldn't have stayed with the exact same team on offense.  It has come home to bury them.
