Hopefully we score early and often. I liked what I saw from Valdez in Seattle the other night, but I'm not sure what we can expect from him. It's his first MLB start.

I expected Stassi to catch today and after White went 0-5, I expected Hinch to use that as an excuse to put Gattis in the lineup. Scoring early would be great to take pressure off Valdez. He looked great in Seattle........just hope he does close to that today. |

Gattis better produce or what the Hell is the Use of keeping him on the current team. send him down or release him. So White has an offer which is going to happen to everyone.

this guy has a pretty good slider. Perhaps that is why White is not in there today. I noticed last night that the A's were feeding him a steady diet of sliders and he did not do so well. No idea if that is a consistent deal or if that is just what happened last night. So far this guy looks better than someone with a 4.5 era.
