Hinch must have pulled that lineup out of his ass because if it's on the clipboard there is a big problem. Why have Jose as DH as horrible as he is hitting??? I also can't see having Kemp in CF with Marisnick and Springer both available. Best move would be to sit Jose, put Marwin at second base, Kemp in LF, Marisnick in CF, and George in RF. having Gurriel on the field is a mistake.

What’s with the dumb crap with Gurriel playing 2B over Kemp?

What’s with the dumb crap with Gurriel playing 2B over Kemp? The clipboard just gotta tinker. I can't believe he was sober when he came up with this crap for a lineup.........Jose looks horrible at the plate so Hinch uses him as DH, puts Yuli in the game to hit into DP's and butcher second base, and has his weakest defensive OF. With Springer and Marisnick on the roster, it makes no sense to put Kemp in CF. Play him in LF and put Marwin at second base.

Marcus Semien with a go-ahead 2-run single against the washed up King Felix. Mariners 1, A’s 3.

Oakland beats Seattle 8-2.
Upton is not in the Angels lineup tonight. With Ohtani starting for the Angels, Cole needs to pitch a good 6 innings.

Late game means I get to be here today. We need Altuve to wake up and Correa to repeat from yesterday!

On the plus side, best swing by Altuve in a while and Correa had a good AB. High stress and pitch count for Ohtani.

You can practically hear Ohtani's man juice dribbling down the analysts' chin.

Cole looking like a true ace so far, 2 innings 30 pitches and 4 strike outs, he did give up an infield single though.

I wonder if Ohtani put his fingers on the skin at the edges of each eye and pulled outward after he struck out Gurriel.

Marwin ricochet goes right to shortstop, and Maldonado one hope the 2nd baseman.... Things are not going our way.
And Yuli just continues to look like garbage.

Both pitchers seem to have things under control so far, it kinda looks like another yawner through 6 then we will see who steps up.

Meanwhile the Angels now have two infield singles... Altuve crushed one, Marwin hit it off Ohtani’s hand, and both have no hits to show for it.

If the Astros can work the pitch count this inning it could be Ohtani’s last inning.
