If Correa had sex as often as you think he does, he wouldn't be able to get out of bed much less play. I think that is the point Corch is trying to make. Correa hasn’t been playing much of the year. For example.., standing with the bat on your shoulder and watching hittable pitches go by time and time again is not playing. It’s observing. You got it........He is observing too many pitches he should hit and many of us are tired of observing him doing the same stuff over and over. On another note......Morton is scheduled to start Saturday in Boston.

I thought you had a better sense of humor. Let's just say he had a great year pre-Daniella and has been basically useless since his nationally televised proposal. Basically useless minus the whole first half of the season before his injury, you mean. Whole first half? You’re overlooking that sub-Mendoza month of May there, aren’t you?

A month seems like a small sample size since most players have slumps during a season that can last a few weeks. Since he was good before and after May and May is a component of the first half, it didn't seem to matter.

Coming from the guy who can't answer a simple question when he'd have to use actual facts to prove his point. "I can see it with my eyes, gorsh!!!"

Correa was sub-Mendoza for the month of May. 1 month is 1/3 of the whole first half. So when you contend that Correa was not useless the “whole” first half, his being sub-Mendoza for 1/3 of that first half does seem to matter.

He hit .182 in May and is around .140 since coming off the DL and AJ keeps him in the cleanup spot. At least, he is sitting tonight.

So I should have said he was very good for two-thirds of the first half for an overall very good first half. Got it. Not sure how that helps the debate, but I sit corrected.

I'm sorry, who did I say didn't "get" statistics other than Coach (whom everybody here seems to think is pretty dumb anyways)? And you, of all people, saying another poster has a condescending attitude is pretty impressive.
