Nothing like starting the game by blowing a scoring chance. Altuve gets himself out swinging at the first pitch that was out of the zone and poppping up. Bregman is pitched around. Yuli takes strike three that was outside. Thenk Correa does is normal job.........swings and misses two center cut fastballs to end the inning. He is pathetic

the A's are now 30 games over 500. If they just play 500 ball the rest of the way they wind up 96-66. I do not know about you but I would of never in a million years gave them a chance to have that kind of record much less one that gave them 100 wins. They play Baltimore for 3 next.

The A’s were super hard for the Astros to beat. The Rangers has no chance. Plus, the games mattered more to Oakland. |
