Keuchel and Harris have the highest AVG against of any Astros pitchers this season (a little over .250 if I recall correctly). That might fly on a .500 team but it's not WS material.

The difference from the old Dallas to the present. He just doesn’t fool good hitters as much anymore. The amount of money he’ll want won’t be worth it. The old Keuchel has been gone for too long to warrant a big contract. When you think of last off season who would have thought Darvish and Arrieta would have gotten what they did. The shortage of starters, someone will bite. |

With Keuchel, I feel like the shift tends to hurt him. It’s not an excuse for mediocre pitching against top talent, but he doesn’t fool as many hitters as he once did. |
