I still wonder about Straily? If he has an offer from the Stros or did Keuchal dump on that parade?

Does any team sign Keuchel before the MLB draft?
Reason being, if a team waits to sign him afterwards, they will not have to give up draft pick compensation.
It doesn't help that Keuchel will not take a 1 or 2 year deal. I think it was noted that Keuchel/Boras are steadfast at minimum at 5 years. Personally I call BS on that, no team is dumb enough to give him a 5+ deal....
