Also, I’d like to see Straw or Alvarez up. Tired of seeing White try to figure it out. Maybe if he got demoted, he could be motivated to join a spin class.

The Giants will ask for and get more than what you proposed on your previous post. However, I think it would be awesome if the Astros could acquire Bumgarner. I think then they would be the proverbial favorites to win the WS. No doubt MadBum is on Luhnow’s radar. I would think that, since he will be a FA at the end of this season, Luhnow would have to believe he had a good chance to re-sign him before he would offer Straw in any deal. I really think Straw is a part of the team’s plans for the future. Good point, it would look like a Randy Johnson trade otherwise. |

Looks like Tucker has gotten the AJ Reed blues. I guess his 2-4 w/2B&HR in game #1 was not the awakening. |

Looks like Tucker has gotten the AJ Reed blues. I guess his 2-4 w/2B&HR in game #1 was not the awakening. Could it be a mental thing with all the expectations , and the let down that he is not in the show. But with the signing of Brantley that could do it. Then again it is only April. |
