His career postseason line now: .287/.354/.552 .906 OPS
And that includes his miserable 2015 appearances. If you take that out, he's been even more amazing.
He's now 3 HRs away from cracking the top-10 for career postseason HRs. (And the all-time leader for 2B as was already mentioned.)

I said he could be and you have to admit it looks like he could be. Would you expect his teammates to say he participated even if they knew he did? Hell no and none of them were going to expose or accuse another member of their team. The only ones who made the accusations were gutless assholes like Fiers. If Jose doesn't snap out of it, the accusations will continue and get worse. I doubt if any solid proof exists to prove that Jose or any of the rest of them did or did not participate. My point is that Altuve is giving people plenty of reasons to say he cheated. I like him as a player but I won't declare him innocent or guilty because of it. I have always said his main weakness is a lack of intelligence and I stand by it. |

I think they singled him out as not being part of it because the Yankees and all the butt-lickers in the East coast media were accusing him of stealing the MVP from Aaron Judge by cheating. George is doing better than Altuve, the team dumbass, who people slobber all over just because he's little and always says the right thing. And, notice the difference in the team performance with and without Springer. When Springer was out and Altuve in the lineup, we lose 5 straight and Altuve is a no-show at the plate. He was so bad Baker gave him two "mental health days" off to think. We win the game he sits out which just happened to be the game when George returned. Altuve returns last night and goes 0-5 with two more K's. George's power numbers are also much higher. George needs to be offered a contract equal to or better than the one they gave Altuve because George is the team MVP and sparks the offense. The numbers speak for themselves. I don't dislike Altuve, but, I am not going to sing his praises no matter what he does and pretend he is doing what he is being paid to do because.....right now.......he is doing basically nothing to help this team. His defense has also been questionable. |

I am correct most of the time, you just don't want to admit it. In this sign-stealing mess, all we know is the team was found guilty. No determination was made concerning individual players. Teammates jumped to defend Altuve because he was being accused of stealing the MVP by cheating. He may have cheated and he may not have cheated.....we will never know for sure. The same goes for the rest of them. If Fiers hadn't sucked so bad that he got left off the playoff roster and then dumped at the end of the season, he would have never opened his mouth and none of this crap would have come up. Fiers was a crybaby when we had him and he pulled this crap to get even with the Astros. That is why I want us to face him and hammer his sorry ass. And, if he hits any of our players, I want to see a brawl break out and Fiers end up on the bottom of the pile. |

If Altuve batted less than .200 in 11’, 12’, 13’, 14’, 15’, and 16’, I might be more inclined to believe he used the signals.
I believe that if he did use the system, he didn’t use it as frequent. His numbers for his first 6 years says he can hit a baseball.

Could be he has allowed all the talk about his cheating to win batting titles and an MVP get in his head to the point that he is trying so hard to prove his accusers wrong that he is ending up giving credibility to their claims. |

I can't think of any of them I dislike. I want Bregman to keep his prior antics to a minimum and I wish they'd get rid of those damn BLM shirts. I wish just ONE team had the balls to wear multi-colored shirts that said ALL LIVES MATTER. I also wish every asshole that takes a knee would be suspended. |

Yippee......how many rallies has he killed? How many one pitch outs right after the guy in front of him draws a walk? How many DP's has he grounded into by pulling the ball into the shift with the right side of the infield wide open? I give him credit for his hits.
