In his first 3 games back he is hitting .300 with a 1.264 OPS. I'm not sure they're worried about him being ready. Besides, do you want to risk more health issues right before the playoffs? We don't need him against these remaining scrubs. Just give him a start or two to keep his timing. So, you think we need to keep babying him? You find out if he is 100% healthy by playing him and not by sitting him. I baby him as much as possible while hopefully he tears up the postseason so we can trade him. Absolutely I baby him. |

Yankees have decided to go with the "opener" for today and perhaps again for tomorrow against the Rays.
I think that could mean at least 1 loss for them

1/2064th Chickasaw(1750) and 1/128th Cherokee if "Pretty Girl" was full blooded, less if she wasn't. DNA shows nothing.

When I moved to Conroe back in 1960 It was what I would call white. You had a Black Population but they were in their own little area. We lived three houses from that area. We lived on the wrong side of the Tracks.
First Thing I saw when we pulled into town was. Two Water Fountains and Three bathrooms at the Very Large Ice House. Men, Women, Colored, Whites, and Colored.
There are probably two books on Conroe and its Racist Past.
One of them became a National Story
